Cuba Township is a township in southwest Lake County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 16,826. Cuba Township was originally named Troy Township, but was renamed at about the time of the Spanish–American War.

Cuba Township covers an area of 24.2 square miles (62.8 km2); with, 1.4 square miles (3.7 km2) or 5.91 percent water, including lakes, streams and creeks. Lakes in this township include Davlins Pond, Grassy Lake, Honey Lake, Lake Barrington, Flint Lake, Lake Sheree and North Tower Lake. The stream of Flint Creek runs through this township.
