A Mutual Aid Police response (ILEAS) is in progress at the Stonebridge
Apartments approximately 600 to 800 West Rand Road in Arlington Heights.
An estimated 100 plus police cars and tactical units are on or near the
scene. A staging area is set up at a nearby shopping center parking lot
along Rand Road.
Many police vehicles from nearby suburbs, including Elk Grove Village,
Palatine, Rosemont and many more are lined along the apartment complex
driveways and parking lot. A steady stream of police vehicles continue
to arrive on the scene between midnight and 1:00 a.m.. Illinois State
Police are also on the scene.
