Naperville police responded about 9:00 PM Tuesday July 18, 2017 to an armed robbery at Chipotle Mexican Grill, 1516 North Naper Boulevard Naperville, IL. Police received a report that two men robbed a person outside the Chipotle Mexican Grill on Naper Boulevard near US 34.
Suspect #1 was described as a male/black, 6’1″ thin build short hair, wearing a black or orange T-shirt, displaying a silver handgun
Suspect #2 was described as a male/white, 5’9″ medium build, medium length black hair, black shirt and shorts.
The offender fled in a black pickup with a license plate that started with the letter “N”.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 9:00 p.m.
Note: US 34 is renamed “Walter Payton Memorial Highway” by the State of Illinois, but is still locally known as Ogden Avenue.
As of 7:55 a.m. Wednesday July 19, 2017, Naperville police has no mention of the armed robbery on their official website, official Facebook page, or official Twitter page.
