Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:25 PM Wednesday of a theft at Upstairs Boutique, 7 East Campbell Street Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender took a pink shirt without paying.
The shirt was valued at $36.
The offender is described as a white female in her 40’s, 5’04″, small-to-medium build, and blonde shoulder-length hair. She was wearing a white shirt with a hot pink purse.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 03:24 PM.
