VIDEO: Crime scene cleanup near 1275 Baldwin Lane where multiple stab victims were initially reported at 1262 Wyndham Circle, just northeast of this location.
Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:20 PM Sunday to a report of multiple people stabbed at an apartment complex at 1362 East Wyndham Circle Palatine, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics discovered a second stabbing victim and then a third stabbing victim.
Crews on arrival reported a second victim stabbed by 10:23 p.m. — Ambulance 84’s crew was assigned.
One patient was reported with a severe stab wound in the abdomen.
A witness reported to paramedics that an offender was possibly seen running from the scene. One offender was possibly captured by police in the 1200 block of Baldwin. That offender might have been injured — not confirmed.
A third ambulance was requested on Baldwin at 10:29 p.m. — Buffalo Grove Ambulance 25 and Palatine Squad 85 was assigned.
Ambulance 25 transported one patient to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, departing about 10:46 p.m.
Two other patients were transported to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.
Police investigators focused on an area in front of 1275 Baldwin Lane near a condo building driveway and an apartment area near the basketball courts (1362-1365 Windham Circle) just south of the Public Storage business.
Most or all police left the scene by 12:45 a.m. Monday.
