The TraffickCam app, which is a free and download available on Android and Apple iPhone, iPad, allows you to upload pictures of your hotel room, so that the images are made available in a database that can be used to match sexual trafficking victims in their advertised image and background.
The database helps law enforcement identify where trafficked children are located.
The photo acquisition for the database also function using a web browser at traffickcam.com
Users of the app or browser enter the hotel name, and the room number, and take four pictures for submission to the database.

TraffickCam enables anyone staying at a hotel to help combat sex trafficking by uploading photos of the hotel rooms you stay in when you travel.
Traffickers regularly post photographs of their victims posed in hotel rooms for online advertisements. The photographs are evidence that can be used to find and prosecute the perpetrators of these crimes.
TraffickCam facilitates the creation a database of hotel room images that an investigator can efficiently search, in order to find other images that were taken in the same location as an image that is part of an investigation.
TraffickCam was created in 2015 by the Exchange Initiative. The Exchange Initiative is committed to combating commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC). The Exchange Initiative mission is to provide resources, information and networking solutions to combat sex trafficking in the United States.
