Small Roof Fire Weber Stephen on Daniels Rd Palatine.
Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:32 AM Friday to a report of a fire on the roof at Weber Stephen, 200 East Daniels Rd Palatine, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a fire was on the roof near an enamel oven.
The first crew on arrival reported nothing showing. Fire Engine 84’s crew was assigned to check the interior of the building. The interior crew reported no fire inside, but reported that a fire on the roof caused some melted roof tar to fall to the floor inside the building.
Tower Ladder 85 crew on the roof reported a small fire, initially seen, that is no longer visible,
Fire was extinguished — possibly with a very small amount of water.
Fire was located about 200 feet from the northeast corner of the building on the north side of the building.
