Kennedy Expressway
Shots have also been fired on Kennedy Expressway, as occurred about 5:10 a.m. near Sayre Avenue Monday August 17, 2015. A car was struck, but no people were injured.
All lanes were closed until 7:45 a.m. as police investigated and searched for casings.
Bishop Ford Freeway
A truck driver was shot on the Bishop Ford Freeway near 130th Street on Chicago’s Far South Side around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday September 23, 2015.
