Arlington Heights firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:29 PM Friday to a report of landscaping fire next to the McDonald’s restaurant building, 1920 North Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a small landscaping fire was burning right outside the rear of the McDondald’s building also near the Giribaldi’s restaurant.
Schaumburg firefighters responded about 3:25 p.m. to a small fire involving bushes and plants on Schaumburg Road west of Barrington Road.
Rolling Meadows firefighters responded about 3:20 p.m. to a report of bushes on fire at 1219 Golf Road. A citizen may have extinguished the fire in the bushed with a fire extinguisher before firefighters arrived. The fire was reported near gas pump #10 at the Meijer gas station.
Air Temperature was 86°F at 2:51 p.m. and 3:51 p.m. at O’Hare International Airport with a Dew Point of only 53°F at 2:51 p.m., 50°F at 3:51 p.m. and only 48°F at 4:51 p.m.
The relative humidity dropped from 32% at 2:51 p.m. and dropped to only 27% at 4:51 p.m.
