Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been found guilty on all 30 charges in the Boston Marathon bombing case, 17 of which are eligible for the death penalty.
Karen Brassard, a survivor of the Boston marathon bombing, spoke after Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was found guilty of all 30 counts he faced.
