Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:31 AM Wednesday of a theft of a wallet at Target, 1700 North Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender approached the victim while she was shopping and engaged her in conversation. The victim later noticed her wallet was missing. The victim’s credit card was used in Schaumburg for $1200.
No description of the offender or any possible second offenders was provided by the Arlington Heights Police Department.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 07:30 PM and Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 08:30 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 13:00 (hours: minutes). The crime is likely to have occurred at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
