Elk Grove Village police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:44 PM Tuesday to a report of a car crash into the Wendy’s Hamburgers restaurant, 900 Busse Road Elk Grove Village, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a car hit the Wendy’s with one person possibly trapped.
Crews from Elk Grove Fire Department Engine 9 upon arrival reported a car in the building and one occupant in the vehicle. Firefighter/paramedics reported no entrapment. Initial check of the person in the car revealed no injuries.
Elk Grove Village building department responded to the scene to check for structural damage.
