Prospect Heights police responded about 3:00 PM Wednesday to and armed robbery on Cove Drive north of the intersection of Cove Drive and Old Willow Road Prospect Heights, IL. Police received a report that armed offenders took a black, briefcase style safe containing US cash.
SUSPECT #1 described as a male/black age, 22, 6′ 240 LBS, short hair, wearing a reflective vest and camel cargo shorts.
SUSPECT #2 described as a male/Hispanic, age 28, 5’8″ 240 LBS, wearing a hat with a green reflective vest. long sleeve shirt, jeans or shorts.
One or both suspects displayed a black, semi-automatic handgun.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 3:00 p.m.
