Hundreds of cycling enthusiasts came out to the first day of a 3-day bike sale at Village CycleSport on Rand Road between Thomas Street and Olive Street near the Arlington Heights-Prospect Heights border.
Thousands of bikes are on display and on sale. Customers can also test drive bikes in the parking lot. The first mild day of 2014 was yesterday and the first mild weekend of 2014 is forecast for the bike sale. The annual bike sale is a fun event, especially when the weather cooperates.
