Illinois State police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 6:01 AM Thursday to a crash on eastbound I-90 at Oakton Street, near unincorporated Arlington Heights and Elk Grove Village. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a crash involved one injury, and was blocking at least two lanes on eastbound I-90 at Mile Marker 73.
Google traffic map layer at 6:05 a.m. shows traffic backed up from about Elmhurst Road to about one-half mile east of Arlington Heights Road at 6:05 a.m., and backed up to Arlington Heights Road at 6:15 a.m.
The crash was located on the outside lanes.
