Sunday night Higgins Road and Mannheim Road, Des Plaines … at least one injured.
Des Plaines police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:45 PM Sunday to a report of a large fight in progress at the McDonald’s at Mannheim Road and Higgin Road Des Plaines, IL. Police arrived to find a large group of teens and/or young adults moving in a group westbound along Higgins Road sidewalk near the McDonald’s on the south side of the restaurant. A large group was also on the north side of the restaurant.
At least one person was injured in the fight. No word on arrests.
Firefighter/paramedics on the scene responded from Rosemont or Des Plaines — not confirmed.
