Arlington Heights police received a report on Wednesday a retail theft at Ulta Beauty, 456 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an offender removed approximately seven bottles of unknown perfume with an unknown value.
The offender was described as a female/black subject, 5’06″160lbs, 50-years-old, wearing a black coat and black pants.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at about 7:09 p.m.
