Major Chicago Warehouse Fire on South California Ave Re-Kindles This Morning

A major warehouse fire broke out about 10:46 a.m. Wednesday in Chicago at 3710 South California Avenue. The fire was struck out about 4:10 a.m., but a re-kindle is again causing firefighters to go to work. Firefighters are working a Still and Box Alarm starting at about 5:16 a.m. this morning. Firefighters have requested that police close California Avenue from 39th Street up to 35th street (GOOGLE MAPS LIVE TRAFFIC LAYER …).
