Palatine police received a report about 2:17 PM Tuesday of criminal damage to vehicle at the parking lot of Target, 649 East Dundee Road Palatine, IL. Police received a report that three unknown male offenders criminally damaged the windshield of the victim’s 2010 Ford SUV. The three unknown male subjects indiscriminately threw rocks in the parking lot.
