The City of Des Plaines provided an alert Friday morning, August 16, 2024 that their city phone lines were down, and that the city employees were unable to receive or make any calls. Phone lines for 9-1-1 remained available for operation.
If you need Police or Fire services, please call 9-1-1. If you need City services, please fill out a DP311 request at desplainesil.gov/dp311. Thank you for your patience as we work to solve this issue.
