3 Cited After Report of Battery, Disturbance at North School Park on Evergreen Ave Arlington Heights

Police from Arlington Heights responded about 2:10 a.m. Friday, June 21, 2024 to a report of a fight or disturbance at North School Park, 307 North Evergreen Avenue in Arlington Heights.

Police investigated the scene and discovered three people trespassing “after hours” in the park. The three people were cited with the offense of 1350 – Criminal Trespass to State Supported Land; Charge 8-522 – During closing hours of village property between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.




Arlington Heights Police Department released the identities of the three suspects as …

Scott K Igoe, age 34, of Wheaton, Illinois,

Amy C. Kelley, age 53, of Palatine, Illinois, and

Ryan A. Neises, age 22, of Palatine, Illinois.

The three individuals were cited and released at the scene. Each individual is scheduled to appear for Adjudication on July 9, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Village Hall.

Paramedics were called to the scene to assess a female for injuries and/or psychiatric evaluation after a battery — unknown whether the female is the same as the female that was cited for trespassing.
