Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:29 AM Tuesday of a theft in the block of 1400 north Salem Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took a U.S. flag, bent the flag pole, and tipped over a Porta Potty at a construction site next-door.
The crime is reported to have occurred sometime overnight.
