Schaumburg police received multiple reports about 7:00 AM Saturday of criminal damage to property in the block of Kingport Drive and Governor Drive Schaumburg, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally damaged multiple mailboxes along Kingsport Drive, Bridgeport Drive, and Wingate Drive.
The crime is reported to have occurred sometime overnight.
The US Postal service will deliver to the mailbox even if it left on the ground. If no mailbox is available, the mail is returned to the local post office.
