McHenry County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday afternoon, January 3, 2024 that the sheriff’s office responded to an outside assist to Richmond Township Fire Protection District for a medical emergency involving an unresponsive juvenile male. The male juvenile was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. Out of respect for the family and for the integrity of the investigation, no further information will be available at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
