Police, firefighters and paramedics responded about 6:21 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 to a report three people shot at a WeatherTech warehouse at 1 WeatherTech Way. Victims were shot multiple times. A witness reported CPR was administered to one of the shooting victims at the scene.
According to Bolingbrook Police Department, the suspected shooter is in custody, and was quickly apprehended by police at a location that was not initially disclosed.
Police initially classified the incident as an active shooter incident, and Bolingbrook police called for mutual aid assistance from area police departments. Police staging was located near a medical office building near AdventHealth Bolingbrook.
All patients were on the way to area hospitals by about 6:50 a.m.
