Kane County court records indicate that Jeremy R. Yolich faces seven felony charges and one misdemeanor charge after he allegedly impersonated a police officer in the process of robbing a 65 year-old man at the victim’s townhome in St. Charles.
The criminal complaint alleges that on March 19, 2022, Jeremy R. Yolich told the 65 year-old man that he was arresting him for sexual solicitation of a minor. Allegedly, Yolich knocked on the front and rear doors of the victim’s townhouse and shined a flashlight into his windows. Allegedly, he bound the victim’s hands behind his back with plastic zip ties. Allegedly, he then took the victim’s debit card and made a $2,648 purchase of shoes from an online store.
Charges were filed against Jeremy R. Yolich on Saturday, March 19, 2022 and Tuesday, April 19, 2022. The case and criminal complaint were filed on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Jeremy Yolich was ordered held on $100,000.00 (@10%, $10,000.00) 10% Deposit Bond.

Jeremy Yolich was booked in Kane County Jail on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 8:01 p.m. and was released on bond Friday, April 22, 2022 at 2:48 p.m.
Jeremy R. Yolich was ordered to have no contact with the victim, and to stay away from the victim’s residence, which is located in a neighborhood of attached townhomes west of the Ferson Creek Forest Preserve in St. Charles.
Jeremy R. Yolich is described as a male/white, 6’2″ 165 LBS. Records indicate Jeremy R. Yolich has recently been a resident of Arlington Heights and Lake in the Hills.
