Park Ridge police, Cook County Sheriff’s deputies and firefighter and paramedics from Park Ridge Fire Department responded about 8:32 PM Thursday February 24, 2022 to a hit-and-run crash with personal injury at Dempster Street and Dee Road near Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. Police responded to an injury crash involving a semi-trailer truck and a passenger car. One person was injured at the scene. The semi-trailer truck was pulled over at Dempster Street and Dee Road.
The offending vehicle was described as a black 2012 Nissan 4-door. A bumper from the Nissan was left at the scene in the middle of the road.
The vehicle was last seen westbound on Dempster Street.
