Three-vehicle crash at Kirchhoff Road and Dwyer Avenue Arlington Heights YouTube Tips ⓘ
Police, firefighters and paramedics from Arlington Heights responded about 11:05 p.m. Saturday, April 3, 2021 to a report of a rollover crash with injuries at Kirchoff Road and Dwyer Avenue in Arlington Heights. None of the vehicles appeared to have roof damage.
The first fire crew on arrival initially reported two vehicles involved in a crash with no extrication required. All vehicles at the scene were upright. There was a third vehicle discovered to have been involved in the crash. No patients were transported to Northwest Community Hospital by paramedics.
The crash affected traffic at Kirchhoff Road and at Dwyer Avenue. Kirchoff Road was blocked between New Wilke Road and Kennicott Avenue. Dwyer Avenue was blocked in both directions at Kirchhoff Road.
People involved in the crash were assessed by paramedics, and none were initially believed to have been seriously injured in the crash.
Note: Kirchhoff Road in Arlington Heights is spelled with a double letter ‘h’ while Rolling Meadows uses the anglicized version of the spelling of Kirchoff with a single letter ‘h’.
