Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:06 AM Monday of indecent exposure just south of Nickol Knoll Park, 3704 North Kennicott Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report from a female jogger that a male subject was near the track by Payton Hill “pleasuring himself”.
The offender was described as a male/white in his 40’s wearing a blue sweatshirt with his pants and underwear down.
No direction of travel information available.The female screamed and left the area.
