Sam Zell presented the question … Is Joe Biden the Joe Biden of 20 years ago, or is he “just a placeholder for the Democratic party being taken over by the radical left?” Zell thinks the ideas of the radical left are relatively catastrophic to the future of the United States. Zell said he would be comfortable if Biden carried forward the practices of the Obama Administration.
