Police from Rolling Meadows responded about 10:50 a.m. Saturday November 16, 2019 to a report of a bank robbery at Fifth Third Bank, 1801 Algonquin Road.

A suspect fled in a black Ford Fusion, but was captured by law enforcement within one hour.

The suspect was described as a male/white, wearing a camouflage jacket, hoodie and blue jeans.

The suspect was in custody by 11:37 a.m. Saturday.

Capture involved a high-speed pursuit that ended at 6807 North Olmsted in Chicago. Money was thrown out of his vehicle during the chase.
