A family-owned business and True Value Hardware store at 1215 East Rand Road in Arlington Heights announced they are closing this week.
The owners announced they have enjoyed serving the community for the past 8 years, stating “Our lease has been terminated and we are closing this location. Please stop in to shop our liquidation sale and to say good-bye. We would love the opportunity to personally thank you for your support.”
On Google, the store is already classified as “permanently closed” with a rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars with 16 reviews.
The store is selling its inventory in a close-out sale. The owners expect to be out of the store location by December 31, 2019, and are hoping for an earlier exit date from the retail space.
The True Value Company, founded in Chicago in 1948 is a private company and American wholesaler with over 4,600 independent retail locations worldwide. Corporate headquarters is located in the O’Hare neighborhood of Chicago at 8600 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue.
