Wood Dale police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 9:13 p.m. Wednesday May 8, 2019 to a crash involving a motorcycle and a car near the intersection of Addison Road and Dominion Drive.
Motorcyclist Josue Juarez, 28, of Addison was transported to Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village, where he was pronounced dead.
Police reported the driver of the car was not injured, and cooperated with police at the scene for the crash investigation.
