Arlington Heights police responded about 1:00 PM Tuesday March 26, 2019 to a report of sale of alcohol to a minor at Mago Grill & Cantina, 115 West Campbell Street Arlington Heights, IL. Police arrested Antonio Aguilar Lopez, age 48 of South Goebbert Road in Arlington Heights following an alleged alcohol violation of selling alcohol to a minor at Mago Grill & Cantina.
Lopez arrested at 1:05 p.m. and was charged with Sale to a Minor, and was released on I-Bond.
Court date is scheduled for May 3, 2019
