Arlington Heights police responded about 11:55 AM Tuesday January 29, 2019 to a battery at the Aldi parking lot, 550 East Golf Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender confronted the victim in the parking lot for not helping a motorist stuck in the snow. The offender struck the victim in the chest with a closed fist.
The offender was described as a male Asian, 30-40 years of age, approximately 5’10” and 220 LBS, wearing a brown coat, sunglasses, grey stocking cap, grey gloves, dark pants, and dark boots.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Sunday, January 27, 2019 between 1:50 PM and 2:30 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:40 (hours: minutes).
