Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:57 AM Tuesday October 16, 2018 of a residential burglary in the block of 1300 Eton Drive Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders entered the victim’s residence through an unlocked door and removed the victims’ wallet and purse. The purse was recovered in the backyard.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 between 1:55 AM and 1:56 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:01 (hours: minutes).
The residential burglary occurred about one block away from another residential burglary on Burr Oak Drive in about the same time frame. Also, a stolen auto was reported in a similar time frame after offender(s) were able to take an Audi Q5 when a key fob was left in the vehicle. The vehicle was parked on Eton Drive.
