Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 2:53 AM Tuesday to an activated fire alarm at Big Bowl, 1950 East Higgins Road. Firefighters reported light smoke or haze inside the building and discovered a fire in the rear of the building. The fire was extinguished by about 3:10 a.m. Firefighters ventilated the building and searched the building.
