Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 2:59 a.m. Sunday to a report of a battery victim with the offender still on scene at Durty Nellie’s, 180 North Smith Street. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a battery victim was injured and bleeding from the head in the band room.
Police transported one subject to Palatine Police Department Headquarters for further investigation. No confirmation on whether the subject was arrested.
