Schaumburg police received a report about 3:16 p.m. Wednesday of a retail theft suspect detained at the Sears at Woodfield Mall. Police as that JC Penny loss control also meet up with police officer at the Sears loss control office. No confirmation whether a retail theft incident occurred at JC Penny as well.
