Schaumburg police responded about to Mulan apparel and accessories for the report of a theft of an employee’s cell phone. The theft was captured on video.
The offender was described as a male/Hispanic about 25-years-old with short black hair and wearing a black coat. He was accompanied by two female/Hispanics who made a purchase at the store. One of the females was pushing a stroller.
