Palatine police received a report about 5:12 p.m. Friday of a theft of a cell phone at Celtic Park, 1351 North Rohlwing Road. Police received a report that a male teen was pushed down and his cellphone was stolen by two male offenders. The victim is reported to have known one of the offenders.
