Arlington Heights police received a report about 4:12 p.m. Wednesday of a burglary to vehicle in the Burlington Coat Factory parking lot, 30 West Rand Road. Police received a report that a white Mitsubishi Galant was burglarized with a purse reported stolen in a 60-minute time window. The crime is reported to have occurred between about 3:10 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. Wednesday.
