Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:00 p.m. Friday of a theft in the 1000 block of North Race Avenue. Police received a report that two teens got out of a black SUV and took all the orange construction cones off of a resident’s property. Police get a good vehicle description, and are investigating the vehicle.
