VIDEO: Car vs. motorcycle crash injured at least two at River Road and Kensington Road.
Mount Prospect police and firefighter/paramedics and Des Plaines firefighter/paramedics responded about 12:15 p.m. Wednesday to a car vs. motorcycle crash at River Road and Kensington Road. Two people riding on the motorcycle were reported injured. Apparently the driver of a silver Honda Civic was turning left from northbound River Road to westbound Kensington Road when the driver hit the southbound Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The impact broke the right-front axle and caused significant damage to the front passenger-side fender and passenger door.
At least two people were transported to the hospital — both possibly Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.
