Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:45 p.m. Friday of a juvenile nuisance. Police received a report that youths were launching water balloons with a launcher at the Prospect High School marching band from Dale Avenue near Grove.
The offenders’ vehicles were described a black or dark green sedan and a black Toyota 4X4. The problem is reported as an ongoing problem.
