Arlington Heights police responded about 9:30 p.m. Thursday to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of South Dale Avenue, and the 0-99 block of South Gibbons Avenue. Police received multiple reports that two male/white subject were shining flashlights into parked vehicles and houses in the neighborhood and making suspicious comments to youths in the neighborhood. The vehicle was described as a dark-colored 4-door Cadillac that was last seen northbound from Kensington.
The occupants also asked a youth walking in the area if he would like some crack cocaine.
