Tennessee: Holly Bobo Missing 1 Week, TBI & Decatur County Sheriff Adding Road Blocks to Search Efforts
A week after she was last seen, volunteers continue to search for 20-year-old Holly Bobo of Parsons, Tennessee. Bobo’s brother told police he saw a man lead her into the woods.
Holly Bobo’s brother Clint Bobo, 25, says he saw her sister being led into the woods by a man wearing camouflage, who he initially thought was her boyfriend. Later he discovered blood in the carport and called 911.
Clinto Bobo gave the description of the man leading Holly Bobo away from their home as an unknown man, 5’10” to 6’0″ 180 to 200 LBS, and wearing full camouflage.
Investigators in the Holly Bobo case, on Wednesday, started setting up road blocks across the West Tennessee community in an attempt to advance the search for the missing 20-year-old nursing student who vanished one week ago today at 7:30 AM, April 13, 2011.
Items of interest discovered during the search for Holly Bobo, include duct tape with blonde hair sticking to it, and a lunch box found in the woods believed to be Holly Bobo’s. Holly Bobo’s cell phone and purse have also been discovered. Investigators believe it was a hunter or someone familar with the family and the family’s schedule that abducted Holly Bobo.
Holly Bobo is the cousin of country music singer Whitney Duncan.
