Arlington Heights police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders damaged black Malibu landscaping lights on two occasions n the 200 Block of South Illinois in a residential yard
The crimes are reported to have occurred overnight on January 31st, 2010 and over night on Saturday, March 5th, 2011.
