Arlington Heights police arrested a DUI driver about 12:40 AM Sunday at the Walmart parking lot off of Algonquin Road. Police received a report of a possible DUI driver exiting Interstate 90 onto northbound Arlington Heights Road. Police caught up with the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop about Algonquin Road and Kennicott.
Police arrested the DUI driver at the Walmart parking lot. The female driver was transported in custody to Arlington Heights Police Department. The driver’s silver Honda was towed to a police holding area.
