Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:45 AM Tuesday to a car fire at the intersection of Lake Cook Road and Raupp Boulevard. Police arrived at the scene of the car fire, which was located near the Buffalo Grove Police Department Headquarters, and called for the fire department to respond. The police went through three or four fire extinguishers, and got the fire under control before firefighters arrived.
